• Seedling Package: For apps with ≤5 tables.

• Sapling Package: For apps with 6-10 tables.

• Tree Trunk Package: For apps with >10 tables.

For our Seedling and Sapling Packages, this fee covers the initial consultation, design, development, testing, and deployment of your custom business application.

For our more complex Tree Trunk Package, there isn't a separate setup fee; instead, the initial development effort is factored into the required Monthly Maintenance Fee, reflecting the continuous involvement we provide from the very start.

The Monthly Maintenance Fee, applicable to our Sapling and Tree Trunk Packages, covers our services to keep your application running smoothly. This includes:

• Proactive monitoring and issue resolution

• Dedicated technical support

• Regular performance optimisation

• Security patches and updates

• Ongoing consultation for improvements

Our Seedling Package (for simpler apps) typically doesn't require this mandatory ongoing maintenance from our side.

The monthly user access fee covers the cost for your team members to use the application. This includes user authentication, data access permissions, and the license fees required for each user.

Choosing the Annual Plan for any package gives you a lower monthly cost per user for the user licenses compared to the standard month-to-month rate. It's a great cost-saving option for long-term use.

Applications with more tables represent a higher level of complexity that requires more specialised development skills, thorough testing, and dedicated maintenance to upkeep.

The higher price reflects the additional resources, expertise, and time we need to dedicate in order to develop and maintain these systems well.

We can help you transition to the appropriate pricing tier as your application evolves. If your application grows beyond its current category, we'll discuss the changes and adjust your pricing plan accordingly.

Seedling Package apps might take approximately 4-5 weeks. Sapling Package apps may take 8-9 weeks, while Tree Trunk Package apps will take longer due to their scale.
