While an active internet connection is needed to access and save new information in real-time, you can keep the platform open on your browser. Any data you've already loaded will remain visible. We believe in making things easy, even when you leave. Upon cancellation, you will be given a 30-day window to export all of your patient data. After this period, for your security and privacy, all your account information and patient records will be permanently deleted from our live systems.
